Week 13: Nuchal Fold Testing

Today we had an ultrasound done to check for Down’s Syndrome. The baby looks perfectly healthy, but they couldn’t see the sex, yet. According to the doctor, she (I still think it’s a girl) was doing ‘kris-cross applesauce’ so he couldn’t tell. But here’s a great profile of our baby. She is about 2 inches long (crown to butt) and right on target for growth. In about 5 weeks when my sister comes up for Spring Break we’ll have the big ultrasound to see what flavor baby it is. I can’t wait to see if I’m right!!!
